Just evidence-based nutrition, explained in plain language, grounded in years of sitting across from people who are genuinely trying to get this right.
Over 12 years, I have worked closely with clients managing Type 2 diabetes, PCOD, gut disorders, hypertension, obesity, and metabolic conditions. I have seen what works, what does not, and how much damage misleading food marketing can do to people who are doing everything they believe is right.
